Super Easy Chipotle Deviled Eggs

Chipote Deviled Eggs
Imagine waking up from a peaceful four hour nap to realize it you need to be a dinner party in 30 minutes and you told the host  a week ago you were going to bring deviled eggs. This scenario wouldn't be that stressful except for the fact that you didn't have ANY eggs in your refrigerator and the host of the dinner party is a professional chef!!! Aahhhhh...thankfully my husband saw my eyeballs start to pop and he offered to go to the store to pick up eggs while I took a shower. Other recipes for Chipotle deviled eggs use canned chipote chiles but we actually simplified it even further and just used Chipotle mustard.  The recipe was a success and the deviled eggs were made in under 30 minutes for under $5.

Recipe below:

*1 dozen boiled eggs
* 2 teaspoons of chipotle mustard
* 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
* 1/3 cup mayo
* salt & petter
* Garnish with paprika & thyme leaves

1.) Simply cut the boiled eggs in half and carefully spoon out the york with a spoon.
2.) Using a fork, mash up the yolks and add ingredients
3.) I used a cupcake injector to fill the egg whites
4.) Sprinkle with paprika and add a thyme leaf on top
